Potato Salad- Best – Finally!

8-10 Red Potatos cooked and skinned –cold . Chopped small

4-6 Hard Boiled eggs peeled and chopped- reserved aside.

Combine below sauce ingredients in a bowl, stir till smooth.

1 to 1 and a half C. (aprox) Miracle Whip (if you use mayo add 1 tsp sugar or so to taste)

½ C. (aprox)   Mustard

½ C. (aprox)  Dill Pickle Juice

1/8 C (aprox)  Worchestershire Sauce

½ tsp Salt and ¼ tsp. Pepper.

Add sauce to potatoes and stir thoroughly.  Then, gently toss with chopped boiled eggs till mixed.

Sprinkle Celery Seed and Dill Weed to taste.

½ tsp. Paprika

Mix well.  Garnish with more Paprika if desired.

Serve with chopped dill pickle/ on the side.
