Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

2 C Peanut Butter

2 C Sugar

2 Tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

Optional:  1 C chocolate chips, M$M’s, oatmeal, or nuts.

Stir until well combined.

 Place rounded spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.

 Bake at 350* for 8 minutes.  Cool and store in airtight container.


For Flourless Brownies: Add 1/2 C. of Cocoa Powder and increase the Peanut Butter

to 2 1/4 Cups, and increase eggs to 3 for a flourless Brownies version,

omitting optional additions or using some of them for toppings.
